Memberships are recognized at YMCA's all over the country. We have seven membership categories:

Household: Includes the primary, their spouse, and their dependents 18 and younger.
Household +1: Includes the primary, their spouse, their dependents 18 and younger. Plus one additional household resident above the age of 18, proof of residency required.

Many companies subsidize a percentage of YMCA membership dues for their employees. Contact your Human Resources Department or call the Y to find out if your company participates!  We have Corporate Discount plans with many companies in the area. Ask us!

As a not-for-profit organization (501(c)3), the YMCA tries to structure its rates to be affordable to all. However, in the event that an individual or family has financial need, financial assistance is available.  

Annual and Semi-annual payment is also available. To join, pay the annual fee plus the joining fee. Initial payment or annual payment for membership may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The YMCA has no yearly contracts. Monthly payment is available through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or credit card: Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Withdrawals or charges are made from accounts on the 15th day of each month.

PAYMENT PLANS & POLICIES

  • Monthly Draft is an automatic charge to a checking or savings account, or credit card of member’s choice.
  • Semi-annual & Annual plans must be paid in full with joiner’s fee up front.
  • Joiner’s Fee is a one-time charge as long as the membership is current.
  • Membership Cancellation requires a full 30 day written notice prior to the 15th of the month. Cancellations less than 30 days will result in one additional draft. All outstanding debt owed must be payed at time of termination. Termination forms are available at the Fair Acres Familly YMCA Front Desk, and must be turned in to the Front Desk for proper member identification. Terminations will not be accepted by email or phone.
