Whether you are an advanced athlete or novice exerciser, come join us for a great workout in a non-intimidating atmosphere. Our group fitness classes are designed to challenge the intermediate/advanced participant and encourage the beginner.  Come join us and build a healthy lifestyle.

All Classes are FREE to Fair Acres YMCA members unless otherwise noted, Non-members pay $8 per class.

  • Many of our classes involve elements in both the recreational and therapy pools.
  • Swimwear MUST be worn in the pool; street clothes damage our filtration systems.
